This Privacy Policy explains how MyFiltr (“MyFiltr”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses,
and protects your information when you use the MyFiltr mobile application and related services (the “App”).

2) Health-related information
MyFiltr may allow you to enter or track health-related information (for example, lifestyle inputs, symptoms, metrics, or progress notes).
We treat this data as sensitive and aim to minimize collection, access, and retention.
3) How we use information
To provide and operate the App features.
To personalize your experience (e.g., settings, recommendations, reminders).
To improve quality, performance, and stability (analytics and diagnostics).

4) Payments & subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription in the iOS App, payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase.
We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us limited information such as purchase status, product identifiers,
and renewal/expiration events to enable access to subscribed features.
5) Sharing & disclosure
We may share information only in the following situations:
Service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, error logging), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Legal compliance if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
Safety & rights to protect users, the public, and our services from fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Business changes (e.g., merger, acquisition) where user data may be transferred, subject to this policy.
6) Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We aim to minimize stored data and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Access / correction: You may request access to or correction of your information.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Support page).
Opt-out: Where applicable, you may opt out of certain analytics in the App settings (if provided).
9) Children’s privacy
MyFiltr is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10) International users
If you use the App outside Australia, your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
