These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyFiltr mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2) No medical advice

The App may provide general information, education, and tracking tools. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not ignore or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in the App.

3) Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any login credentials.
You agree that information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for how you use the App and any decisions you make based on it.

4) Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (iOS)

If the App offers paid subscriptions, purchases are handled by Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Pricing and duration are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage/cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s security.
Use the App in a way that harms others or violates privacy.
Misuse the App’s content as professional medical guidance.

6) Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding user-entered content) are owned by MyFiltr and/or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7) User content

You retain rights to content you enter into the App. You grant MyFiltr a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate the App and provide features to you.

8) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any outcomes will be achieved.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFiltr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, if changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App.
